Running an event

An event is one day (or several) of golf in your season: a weekly game, a club championship, a member-guest. These guides take you, in order, from a blank event to the day before it’s played: published, players registered, flights built and groups on the tee sheet.

  • Create an eventAdd an event to your season, open its registration window and choose the course it's played on.
  • Add rounds and tournamentsSchedule the event's round and choose the competition played in it from your Tournament Bank.
  • Publish your eventCheck the event is complete and publish it, so your players can see it and register.
  • Manage registrationsSee who has registered, add players yourself, and on the day check players in, mark no-shows and record buy-ins.
  • FlightsSplit an event's players into flights automatically, and rebuild them when the field or a Handicap Index changes.
  • Pairings and tee timesPut a round's players into groups automatically, give each group a tee time or a shotgun hole, and email everyone their time.
